The Opportunity: Senior Pega Platform Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Developer with expertise in the Pega platform to drive the design and implementation of critical business applications. This position offers the chance to work on challenging projects, leveraging your technical prowess to deliver robust and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Developer, your day-to-day duties will encompass a range of activities crucial to the software development lifecycle. These include, but are not limited to:

• Leading the design and architecture of complex Pega-based applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.
• Developing, configuring, and implementing high-quality Pega solutions, including user interfaces, business rules, data models, and integrations.
• Collaborating closely with business analysts, architects, and other development teams to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Conducting thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to Pega best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
