Job description

Role Mission
Your mission will be to support the development of a strong talent pipeline by contributing to sourcing, research, and recruitment activities.
You will gradually build your ability to identify talent, understand their motivations, and initiate meaningful connections, while helping position A+ as an employer of choice.
Key Responsibilities :

Support sourcing activities: Identify potential candidates through LinkedIn, resume databases, and other tools

Contribute to talent pipeline building: Organize and maintain candidate lists by role or discipline, ensuring key information is properly documented in the ATS.

Participate in the recruitment process

Screen resumes

Conduct initial outreach (emails/messages)

Coordinate interviews

Attend interviews as an observer or co-facilitator

Maintain data quality in ATS / CRM tools: Ensure accuracy and consistency of candidate information to support effective tracking.

Conduct basic market research: Gather insights on companies, roles, and industry trends to support the team.

Support employer branding initiatives: Assist with event preparation, content creation, and logistics (e.g., career fairs, LinkedIn posts).

Collaborate with the Talent team: Participate in team meetings, share ideas, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools.
Job requirements

Student in a career counseling, Human Resources, or related program;
-
Enrolled full-time in a university and eligible for an internship as part of the academic program, with availability for a full-time role afterward;

Canadian citizen or permanent resident;
-
Strong natural interpersonal skills;

Curious, with a desire for autonomy and professional growth;

Experience using AI tools.
