As an Instructional Designer and Learning Developer, you will be instrumental in leading complex learning initiatives. Your expertise will directly support a large-scale Federal electronic healthcare program, ensuring that users and stakeholders are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary for optimal performance and system adoption. This position requires a strategic thinker who can translate intricate information into clear, engaging, and effective instructional content.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading the end-to-end design and development of comprehensive learning programs.
• Creating innovative instructional materials for a significant Federal electronic healthcare system.
• Collaborating with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and content requirements.
• Applying instructional design methodologies to produce high-quality, engaging learning experiences.
• Driving the successful implementation of learning strategies within a large-scale project environment.

This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging from US$71,200 to US$158,200, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The anticipated start date for this role is April 2, 2026.
