Experienced Automotive Sales Professional

We are seeking a dynamic Automotive Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed in the automotive industry.

Duties:

– Engage with customers to understand their vehicle preferences and budget
– Showcase vehicle features and conduct test drives
– Negotiate pricing and finalize sales transactions
– Build and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve monthly targets
– Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
– Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

– Willingness to learn and take direction, training will be provided
– Strong understanding of retail math principles
– Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
– Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
– Outstanding customer service skills to build lasting relationships with clients
